This review is from: Bob's Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour -- 16 oz (Health and Beauty) I like the natural sweetness and high fiber content of this flour. I am using it in gluten free recipes in place of sweet brown rice flour, until I can purchase that. So far the cookies made with it have come out well. It's also great to use in pancakes. The key is only to use a little of the flour. Too much c. flour in any recipe probably won't have the results you would prefer.
