This is the third type of almond flour that I've tried and it is the best by far. The other kinds produced a crumbly, clunky cookie and one left me with almond skins stuck in my teeth and gums.Even though I can buy almond flour at my local grocery store, I order this kind because it is much finer than anything I can find around town. The thing I like best about this company, though, is the customer service. I have very strict dietary limitations and I have called them several times to double check the ingredients in certain items. Even though I can tell they are busy, they always cheerfully answer my questions.
