I never used white flour much prior to becoming gluten free but there are some recipes that simply don't turn out as well with any other type of flour. One of those is dutch babies which turns out light and fluffy made with this flour blend:
4 EGGS, 1 cup MILK, 1 cup MAMA'S FLOUR BLEND with 1/2 tsp XANTHAN GUM (always add xanthan when using a GF flour). Add ingredients one by one (in order) to a blender until blended well then pour slowly into the middle of a 10-12 inch iron skillet pre-heated in 425 oven until 1/4-1/2 cube BUTTER is (just) melted in it then swirled to cover sides. Bake for 18-20 minutes and serve immediately. Good with sauteed apples and cinnamon topped with sour cream or yogurt with a sprinkle of brown sugar or (my favorite and the easiest) LEMON WEDGES squeezed over with a sprinkle of POWERED SUGAR.

I love this flour mix. I have 3 kiddos, one is on a gluten free diet and one is on a gluten free/casein free diet. This blend makes baking for them so easy. I have used my everday receipes with this and things turn out great! I love having this on hand.

I can't believe there are only two reviews for this product.

This pizza crust is simply amazing. I made one pizza according to package directions (it makes 2 large crusts) and with the left over dough I made some pizza rolls for the kids and a calzone for my husband. You can roll this out with ease, fill it, seal it etc. The kids loved the pizza rolls, my husband raved over the crispiness of the crust on his calzone and my pizza was perfect.

Includes the yeast packet and xanthan gum. Requires egg, oil, water, cider vinegar, and sugar (which is optional). Easy to make, easy to roll, very tasty.

This is the best gluten free pizza crust mix I've tried yet, and I've tried a few others. My husband eats gluten free because I must, so he is always very vocal on letting me know if a gluten free product is thumbs up or thumbs down--and he really likes this one. Not at all gritty, no funny tastes (which is his complaint on some of the gluten free breads). We make one cookie sheet size pizza from one package of this mix. I've never been a big fan of commercial pizza, but homemade with this mix and my favorite toppings is such a treat!

This crust is so good that none of my friends were able to tell the difference between this and crust made with wheat flour. I have literally tried everything out there, and this is hands down the best, easiest way to have delicious gluten free pizza. I usually mix mine in the food processor, instead of the stand mixer, and you get a very soft dough. I have been gently rolling it out on a greased cookie sheet and then flipping it onto a pre-heated pizza stone. That way the crust browns nicely and totally looks like regular pizza. Each bag makes 2 thin crust pizzas, which perfectly feeds myself and my 4 kids (8 & under) with a bit left over for lunch the next day.

I am so grateful to be able to eat pizza again--it is one of the things I missed terribly after going gluten free. Try this crust, you will not be disappointed.

We bought this meal to make healthy chicken nuggets, and it really tastes great. I like the nuggets even better than with breadcrumbs, and the kids loved them too. It really is more of a meal consistency, not like almond flour which is ground finer. To me this leaves a nice texture if you're using it to coat something. Great product.
