They have kind of a sweet BBQ taste, not too much either. Excellent gluten free cracker and they arent all broken in the package. I wanted to get more this week and they didnt have any so I'll be ordering them from Amazon. Wish they were on the subsribe and save.Update: Feb 21, 2012 I no longer buy this product. We are 100% gluten free and we started to have symptoms from this product. Rice, corn, and sugar cane are not 100%gf. They are in the grass plant family and were allergic to grass. Were practicing on making crackers from scratch in the food dehydrator instead.
